About Me
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been drawn to creating art, specifically portraiture. I find the process of capturing what makes a person uniquely themselves captivating. I began taking art seriously during my junior year of high school, when I had the privilege to participate in Long Island’s Best Young Artists at the Heckscher Museum as well as the Congressional Art Competition, in which I was able to have my artwork on display for one year at our Nation’s Capitol. This is when I began to consider whether I should pursue a career in the arts.
I continued my passion for art at Liberty University, where I will be receiving a Bachelor of Science in Studio Art. It’s here where I learned how to integrate my faith and my art by reflecting the creativity of God in my work. I will be continuing my education this upcoming fall as I pursue my Master of Fine Arts.
